The trust acquired Bungarra Business Park in Belrose, Sydney in 2014.

The asset comprises two freestanding office and warehouse buildings (13A & 13B Narabang Way) in an attractive campus style setting. Each building provides two levels of good quality office accommodation with lower ground floor warehouse/storage units, secure basement parking, and extensive on-grade parking.

The property provides a total lettable area of 8,410 square metres comprising 6,724 square metres of office accommodation, 1,605 square metres of warehouse accommodation along with an 81 square metre café. There are a total of approximately 303 car spaces provided throughout the complex.

The trust also acquired 53 Brandl Street in Eight Mile Plains in 2014 and sold it in 2020.
