In 2011, Kings Cross Property Trust acquired three commercial strata floors positioned on levels 7, 8 and 9 of the Kings Cross Centre, comprising 2,506sqm. The three floors are leased to Fitness First Australia Pty Ltd.

The Kings Cross Centre forms part of a mixed-use development occupying an island site bordered by Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross Road, Bayswater Road and Penny’s Lane. The Centre is situated approximately 2 kilometres east of the Sydney CBD.

Each of the three levels has views overlooking Darlinghurst Road and the Sydney CBD skyline and Harbour Bridge.
