The Benlee TPF Townsville Property Trust acquired the Stockland Nathan Street Centre, now known as The Intersection Townsville, in December 2021.

The Intersection Townsville is a convenience and non-discretionary based super-neighbourhood shopping centre comprising a total lettable area of 13,892 square metres, securely anchored by a very strongly performing full-line Coles supermarket and an exceptionally performing Kmart discount department store. These two major tenants anchor 76% of the total centre’s GLA and are supported by 1 mini-major, 21 specialties, 1 kiosk, 2 pad sites and 1 ATM.

The Centre enjoys a high-profile location that is easily accessible to the local and the wider region population. At-grade car parking is provided around the site with five ingress and egress points. 716 car spaces are provided, equating to a provision of 5.2 car spaces per 100sqm of total floorspace.
