The trust commenced with the acquisition in 2016 of two industrial buildings in Brisbane and Sydney. ​

The Sydney property is an office/warehouse facility comprising of 3 separate freestanding buildings with a Gross Lettable Area of 10,421sqm on a 2.052-hectare site in the established Auburn industrial area.​

The Brisbane property has five warehouse and office buildings totalling about 12,152 sqm located in the established industrial suburb of Richlands. The property has a site area of 26,700sqm with site coverage of 45%.
